Self-sabotage

Self-sabotage is avoiding the things that will get you where you want to go, more like letting destruction take the driver's seat of our lives.

We hinder our own success by avoiding our responsibilities.  We hold others accountable for our own failures. All this is self-sabotage and in so doing, we are wasting our own time. The time to create ourselves a better future, a better life.

Dear readers, I believe at some point in your life you experienced such a thing. How did you go about itin the process of changing your life?

  1. Fear of failure or the unknown are some of the factors that promote self-sabotage and the moment one makes contact with them they pull themselves from what they wanted to achieve or even attempt at that time and that time pass by without anything fruitful

  2. For me what destructed me was fear. It holds me back to a point that I have severe panic attacks. Then I read a quote somewhere that said "just because you feel fear doesn't mean you can't do it, do it afraid" by Joyce Meyer
    It works for me
